From paper, to prototypes, to production.

I am a Director of User Centric Design and UX, with over 10 years of experience in enterprise UX Design. My passion for user experience design began when I was studying graphic design at the University of Georgia. I quickly realized that I enjoyed solving problems through design and decided to focus on user experience.

After graduation, I started my career as a UX designer at Jabil, where I helped build software to empower 300 of the world's largest brands and over 180,000 internal employees. I learned the importance of user research & testing when solving problems and how to create successful products at an enterprise scale. At Jabil, I became a Senior Designer and was responsible for leading Design teams to deliver seamless experiences, no matter what environment we were working in. Then, I became a Lead UX Designer at Jabil, where I led teams of designers from around the world and contributed when it was appropriate for the team. I am passionate about creating intuitive and user-centered designs that solved real problems for our customers. I enjoyed collaborating with cross-functional teams and am always striving to improve the design process and to create the best possible experience for our users.

Currently, I am the Director of User Centric Design & UX at The Coca-Cola Company. My driving factors have been developing and implementing user-centric design strategies that tie business goals to user needs. A central focus of my work has been resolving complex UX challenges while balancing technical constraints, applying best practices to deliver solutions that are both functional and intuitive.

Aside from my career as a UX Leader, I am also the CEO of Ark Builder Golf. "ABG" is my entrepreneurial showcase for the electrical & mechanical engineering, CAM programming, 3D Design, and machining skills that I've learned over the last six years. It is my entrepreneurial journey of taking a hobby to a side business.

I am constantly learning and staying up to date with the latest design trends & methodologies and how they tie into our lives. It is an ever evolving landscape that I am traversing to hone my design practices, and I am driven to create successful products that make a positive impact on people's lives.
